Form and Function Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is happy to announce that it is officially opening its doors for treatment on September 29th! We are very happy to offer our services to the community. We offer outpatient and sport specific physical therapy services as well a number of other services.
Founder and Lead Physical Therapist, Guerrino Boni has been in practice for over 11 years, specializing in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. He is one of only a handful of practitioners who is trained in “Advanced Functional Biomechanics” through the Gray Institute. His practice is centered around functional training that uses natural movements on three planes of motion: forwards and backwards, side to side, and rotational or twisting.
The Form and Function team includes Christine Poulin, Office Manager, and Michelle Janas, Head Aide, who help Guerrino in getting patients back on their feet and back to their lives.
And to keep patients on their feet after initial rehabilitation, Form and Function Physical Therapy offers various community services from maintenance and exercise programs to free lectures and training programs for sports teams.
